A self-hosted backup platform: Linux rubixd plus outbound Windows and Linux agents. Block-efficient chunk backup into AES-256-GCM encrypted safes, with optional E2E mode so the server does not hold plaintext or keys.

What IT and MSP buyers ask before they install rubixd.
Is this Rubix-hosted SaaS backup?
No. You run rubixd on infrastructure you control. Agents dial out to your server.
What do Windows and Linux agents back up?
Windows: VSS volumes. Linux: file trees. We do not claim Linux LVM block-volume backup, and we do not claim Microsoft 365 backup.
Can the backup server read my data?
In E2E mode, no — rubixd holds ciphertext without the keys. Without E2E, encrypted-at-rest safes still protect disks; key custody follows your deployment choices. See the Security page for the full model.
Is peer replication complete?
No. Do not plan on peer replication as a finished feature from this marketing site.
Where is pricing?
On the Rubix Hub when catalog plans are published. This site does not invent list prices. See the Pricing page for soft pricing, or contact sales.
